Work Days : Monday to Friday, day shift

We are looking for a technical advisor to complete our service team. The candidate must be customer-focused, able to identify the repair and maintenance needs of our valuable clients' vehicles, suggest appropriate and manufacturer-recommended services.

Desired profile :

• Punctuality and attendance (IMPERATIVE);
• Experience as a technical advisor in a car dealership;
• Concerned about quality and customer satisfaction (CSI);
• Bilingual in French and English, oral and written (IMPERATIVE);
• Skilled communicator and good sales skills;
• Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.

Job-related tasks :

• Greet customers;
• Open work orders;
• Provide cost estimates to clients and explain the work to be done;
• Monitor the work to be carried out and inform customers;
• Close work orders;
• Perform any other related tasks and continuing education".
